Join the team as an HR Expert. Manage payroll processes across French region. You'll oversee monthly payroll controls, handle taxation and finance activities, and ensure timely salary payments. As a point of contact and subject matter expert, you'll support employees and leaders with payroll-related processes and stay up to date with legal changes. Experience in HR payroll or time & attendance, proficiency in English (C1), and SAP HR knowledge are essential. Workday or pharma experience is a plus.

🚀 Project
- manage payroll processes, including pre- and post-PY-run activities
- perform monthly payroll controls
- handle taxation and finance activities, such as reconciliation and accruals
- support legally required processes in close collaboration with payroll vendor
- initiate monthly salary payments accurately and on time
- extract reports needed for payroll and other reports upon request
- collaborate closely with FRA for account reconciliation and accruals
- act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for employees, leaders, and people partners in payroll-related processes
- stay up to date with legal changes
- provide support in payroll projects
- responsible for payroll for French region

🎯 Skills
- relevant professional education, e.g. apprenticeship in business management or studies
- 2-3 years of professional experience in time administration and/or payroll and/or personal administration 
- HRIS system knowledge and experience
- HR HCM SAP
- experience in HR Operations fields
- French region payroll experience
- English full proficiency (C1)
